How do I place an order with you?

We have been getting a lot of questions about the best ways in which to place an order for pickup at the door or shipping,  The following FAQ will hopefully provide all your answers.

At this time we are not allowing instore shopping.  We miss seeing all of our favorite faces and allowing our customers to browse with us but at this time for the safety of our staff and our customers alike we will remain at door pickup or shipping only.  We are blessed to work in an environment that allows us to feel safe and secure in these still unprecedented times.  We will eventually reopen for instore shopping, but at this point we do not know when that will take place.  We thank you for your continued patience and understanding, we couldn't do this without you.

How do I place an order with you?  

We offer four options for reaching out to us to place your order and we encourage you to use the one that works best for you.

1 - Via phone.  Please call us at 618 - 234 - 5648.  We do experience an influx of calls early in the day so you may receive a busy signal, if so please try back or one of the other options listed below.  If after business hours, please leave us your name and number and we will call you back to get your order when we next open.

2 - Email.  We welcome you to send us an email at C-and-S@sbcglobal.net.  Please include your phone number in your email as well as your order so that we may call you when next we open to set up your pickup time and payment information.

3- Facebook.  If you follow us on Facebook please feel free to place your order through messenger.  Please include your phone number along with your order so we may call you when next we open to set up your pickup time and payment information.

4- The Contact Us function on the website (www.crystalandspice.com).

 

Step 1 - Click on the Contact Us form in the lower right hand corner of the screen while on the webpage.

Step 2 - Fill in the requested information.  Please do not place your order in this first section as the message only allows for 80 characters and it will not accept your full list usually.  Hit send.  Please include your phone number.

Step 3 - A chat box will pop up for you to send further messages, please place your order here as there is no character limit.  We will contact you to arrange your pickup time and payment information.

*We will not contact you via email or via phone unless it is concerning the order you have placed.

How do I place an order for shipping?

You may use any of the above mentioned contact methods, please include your phone number.  

*Shipping cost is calculated via the post office, we only charge what they quote for the package to ship there is not additional handling fee.
